The building is across and slightly down the road from the Old Waterford Road entrance of Rust Library and past Cornwall Emergency Center in Old Town Leesburg.
Please park on either side of the circular driveway which wraps around the building, leaving the pavement cleared in case of emergency. There is also a field in the rear of the lot where you may park but be aware that it may be muddy this time of the year. If overflow parking is needed, you may park in the Rust Library lot and walk across the road.
Please enter the VFW on the left side of the building, rear entrance.

Do you have the best spellers in your community?  Here’s how it works:

  • Packets will be distributed to participating communities in June and July with the rules, sample words, and tips for studying
  • Communities run spelling bees in August to pick a winner and an alternate (let us know if you want help running your spelling bee)
  • Send your winner and alternate to the Spell-Off on September 14 (don’t forget your cheering section!)

We are supporting Honor Flight Network this year, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing veterans with honor and closure.
