May 2016 Event Leesburg

Looking for something to do next week in Leesburg?

The Loudoun Celebrate Living event will be held on Sunday, May 15, 12:30pm - 4pm, at Riverside High School in Leesburg Virginia.

This fun and informative event is held for seniors and their care providers in Loudoun County. The event includes live presentations, sponsor programs, opportunities to learn, connect and be entertained.

A variety of exhibitors are scheduled to offer information about programs and services available to people age 55 and older at this Senior Expo-style event.  Attendees will be able to find information such as health care options, long-term living, identity theft and fraud protection, elder abuse and benefits for veterans. This Senior Expo brings together experts and business leaders under one roof, making it easier to ask questions of the representatives. Seniors can also participate in health screenings.

Family members and caregivers of seniors are also encouraged to attend the senior expo.

Exhibitors will provide information about health care, insurance, nutrition, exercise, financial planning, fraud protection, government services and veterans benefits.

Seniors 55 and older can attend an expo that's all about them on May 15th to learn about products and services geared to Loudoun County residents. Vendors will provide information and demonstrations about their offerings and give away prizes. Seniors can ask questions and feel comfortable approaching all the vendors, especially for questions about things they're not sure about.

The seniors attending the event do not have to feel pressured to buy anything and have the opportunity to learn about the different services available to them, including medical, hearing, dental and eye care, financial planning, assisted living, home health care and modifications for the home.
