Nicole McMonigle Knight, CDP, Founder of Dementia Care Connections, is a Dementia Care Consultant with over 18 years of experience working in healthcare. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and brings additional expertise in the field of aging, pharmacy care, physical therapy and hospice. She currently provides dementia consultation services to family caregivers and health professionals in Northern Virginia. Her approach focuses on family support, education, behavioral interventions and empowering families so they can make the best choices. Nicole plays an active role as a member of the Dementia Friendly America Herndon Communications & Training subcommittees, Fairfax Area Agency on Aging Community Ambassador Program, volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association and facilitator for memory café.
