Join us for a free dementia education event- "Effective Communication With Those Who Have Dementia" featuring Nancy Dezan from ElderTree Care Management Services. This presentation will include:

• Communicating with someone who does not speak
• Techniques to help engage the person with dementia
• Successful communication to reduce behavior issues
• Using communication to avoid resistance and gain understanding
